The room appears suitable for short stays. However, the bathroom did not include body soap, only two shampoos and a conditioner. The bed sheets, though ironed, were slightly burned and felt rough. Additionally, a member of the cleaning staff entered the elevator and abruptly stepped in front of me to tap her access card for another floor. As I was exiting, I had to move back and step out to allow space, as she did not move aside. When I turned around, she directed an unacceptable stare toward me. This interaction was unprofessional and not in keeping with the standard of courtesy I would expect toward a guest.

Very comfortable and stylish room, nice bathroom and quick lifts. Great position can walk to Skybus if you want to. Short walk to casino and Southbank restaurants. Flinders Lane also has many restaurants/cafes We loved our 4 day stay

Room was clean, a bit dusty but overall good condition. Staff were excellent, welcoming and efficient. They were very responsive and helpful to have the room configured to how we had booked! Pool area could do with a clean and open the roof!!

Staff upon check in did not provide good customer service. They did not inform/notify us even though our room was already ready, they said they would and even saw us waiting at lobby for hours. The staff checking us in spoke too quickly and didn't provide checkin information properly, out booking came with complimentary wine but she did not even give this either. Terrible customer service experience from this staff, who made it obvious she is not in the mood to talk with customers.
