Second time staying here. Staff were excellent, rooms are fantastic only thing to point out is that the breakfast was a little lack lustre and not as much of a variety, and the layout of the buffet wasn’t the greatest. Aside from that, a great experience overall.

Lovely stay. Clean, quiet room. Nice staff who were very helpful. Loved there was a roof top bar. Lots of iconic Melb spots in walkable distance as well as handy 7/11’s, chemists and coffee places. Short walk from Spencer street station too for food, shopping, trains, trams and SkyBus

Hotel was nice but we booked a queen room that stayed it had a city view, we were on level 4 of 28 and could see flinders lane…. Also their parking isn't onsite secured as stated which we found out. It’s up the road and assoscitaed but fully accessible to the public. The room itself was nice the bed was comfy and the shower was amazing.

Amazing place and location, bedding for sleeping divine and views pefect for waking up. Not liking the intention to charge us for nothing using in Hotel except free coffee and tea of excellent quality. Luckily Manager rectified the error and we parted in good terms to come again to this marvellous Hotel
