A perfect home for larger families and groups, this 1914 Californian bungalow has 5 large bedrooms (2 queen plus 3 double beds and portacot) For a perfect stay, add a fully equipped, gourmet kitchen fit for any budding chef, refined porcelain benchtops and a to die for butler's pantry. The interior has been newly painted and recarpeted to match the stunning natural oak flooring recently installed. Modern personal amenities are available via a family sized bathroom with shower and toilet plus a smaller but still ample upstairs bathroom with shower, bath and toilet.

The house is set within a mature and well maintained garden, home to many native and Euro plantings, birdlife and sprawling green lawns. If backyard cricket is your thing, we've got you covered! There is also ample parking both onsite and onroad plus a gorgeous, gated park with huge oak trees for the children 200m away. Why not pick up a coffee or brunch at the two cosy cafe's next door to the park or maybe a bottle of something chilled across the road.

Camberwell comfort
This is a beautiful house in a wonderful area. The rooms and beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The garden was contained which made it very easy to travel with a dog. Close to public transport, shops and parks. Very good communication with the host.
