Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

Linen: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay but we do not replenish, you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out.

Additional rules
Please make a note of the following during your stay as we want all our guests to be able to enjoy the place over and over again. And again don't forget to have a fabulous stay!
- Kindly inform us of your estimated time of arrival at the building to ensure you receive the key in a timely manner. The key is at a nearby store, if you require an After-store hours check-in of 3am to 6am, kindly note that there is an extra charge of $90.
- All extra guest must leave the premises by 10 pm
- Strictly no smoking inside the premises - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
- No parties or events - any evidence of parties or events will result in a $150 fine.
- Key loss will result in a charge of $300; and $150 will be charged if you lock yourself out and ask the host for assistance after office hours.
- Check-out time is by 10 am. Late check-out will result in a charge of $40 per hour. Keys need to be left in the apartment or back in store before the check-out time. Please leave your apartment tidy by washing your dishes and taking out any rubbish.
- Any FAULTS or BREAKAGES – please report any as and when it happens to ensure we can resolve it without any delays.
- Please note that additional cleaning charges will be applied for guests that leave the apartment in an unacceptable state.
- We only manage the apartments in the building and all of the building amenities are managed by the building management. Any amenity temporarily unavailable or under repair will be out of our control.

Stay was okay but there were issue's
Arranged before hand to get an additional key for the property since there was only one provided normally which is pretty pethetic for a property that is availible to rent for 7 people. After contacting the host i was told they would drop it around in the morning the next day. After asking multiple times for what time they would be dropping the key off they still never provided us with a time. We waited around untill midday but they still never showed up while we were there. The property was advertised to include free wifi, this wifi never worked. The host after a few days and multiple messages finally sent tbe correct details for the wifi, which still did not work since they never added any data to the internet plan. The wifi was never usable meaning the smart functions of the tv also never worked. Parking was convenient. Fold out bed had uncleaned bedding
