This recently renovated and beautifully styled Somers Retreat has plenty for the whole family to enjoy.
Located within walking distance to the Somers General Store and beach, with park access from the back yard and a heated pool this fabulous family home offers the coastal / beachside lifestyle that we all dream off.
Boasting five bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, games room with table tennis and foosball table and a heated pool, they'll be plenty to keep everyone entertained. Free wifi and linen included.

Walk to the beach from this gorgeous home or out the back yard to the 15 acre parkland known as RW Stone Reserve. Or stay at the property and be entertained for hours with the heated pool (to 28 degrees ), not heated from May-Sept. The table tennis table, foosball table and evenings by the fire pit.

On the ground floor we have two bedrooms, two living rooms and two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen that has a servery out to the balcony that looks over the pool and parklands.

Bedroom two: single bed and trundle bed. We have a desk in this room for those that need to work from home.

Full linen provided, you just need to bring a pool and beach towel.

Well behaved pet welcome with prior arrangement. All traces of pet needs to be cleaned up inside and out prior to departure. Extra charges apply if this is not done. They are not permitted on furniture or beds.

There is a very strict no party policy at the house which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm you need to move inside with no noise to the neighbours.

This house is the perfect spot to gather families and friends, this is not the house for parties of any kind.

We do not allow Buck's / Hen's parties or end of High School Getaways / Schoolies.
