The Space:
Located in the suburb of Reservoir, this new townhouse offers easy access to the CBD while providing a quiet retreat. The property boasts high-quality amenities and a contemporary design. While there’s plenty to explore locally, including parks like Edwards Lake and Bundoora Park & Golf Course, the Preston Market, and Northland Shopping Centre.
As you approach the home, you'll notice its black brick and timber panelling. Entering through the timber door, you'll find yourself in the entertainment section of the house. To the right is a powder room and laundry with a washer/dryer. To the left is the spacious open kitchen and living area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you need for your stay, including a generous two-door fridge with a water dispenser, dishwasher, oven, gas stove, coffee pod machine, kettle, and toaster. The lounge area features two plush two-seater couches and overlooks a grand Smart TV. Split System Air conditioners service each area of the home, with one in each bedroom and a third in the living room.
Through the glass doors of the living room is a courtyard with a clothesline and space to stretch your legs in the grass. You can also access the back of the carport/garage, where you can park one car. Additional parking is available on the street for free.
Up the one flight of stairs, fit with safety rails, you'll find the sleeping quarters and main bathroom. There are two bedrooms, each with a snug queen bed, bedside table with lamp, and built-in robes. The fresh main bathroom is located between the bedrooms and is dressed in white stone and soft tones. It consists of a shower, spacious vanity with a wide mirror, grand bathtub, and toilet. This concludes the layout of the marvellous Storey Time.
Guest Access
Keys will be placed in a secure key safe located at the property before your arrival. 48 hours prior to your check-in details will be sent out with specific details on the location of the key safe and code. You will not need to come to our office to collect. There is access to one car garage and free on street parking.
The Neighbourhood
The property is located on Storey Road in the suburb of Reservoir, a 40-minute drive from Melbourne CBD and 25-minutes from popular restaurants, markets and bars in Fitzroy. Locally you can check out Edwardes Lake Park, Bundoora Park, Farm, Playground and Golf Course, Northland Shopping Centre, Archery Attack Melbourne, BOUNCEinc Heidelberg and the Preston Market.
Getting Around
If you’re not bringing your own vehicle there is public transport via the local bus and tram network accessible at the end of the street, about a 5 min walk from the property. Ubers are also readily available in this area.

We ask that every guest read and understand our booking terms summarised below. Breach of these terms may lead to the cancellation of your booking before or during your stay.
The guest needs to be 25 years of age or over to book the property and accept these terms.
1) Prohibited Activity
- Parties that cause disturbance to neighbours are strictly prohibited during your stay. Events, functions or visitors can be permitted upon prior request on initial booking. All our homes have noise monitoring devices installed. These devices do NOT record conversations and only monitor the db level in the room.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly and not thrown on property grounds. Failure to do so will result in extra cleaning fees.
2) Departure
- We ask that you leave the property reasonably tidy and secure on departure. This includes washing of dishes or stacking the dishwasher and turning it on as you leave, rubbish placed in bins, all personal belongings removed from the property, securing windows and doors, turning off heating/cooling and turning off all lights.
- Please note that we will charge additional cleaning fees should you choose to leave the property in an unclean or untidy manner.
3) Cancellations
- Please ensure you read and understand the cancellation policy once you have booked. We provide free cancellation with a full refund within 24 hours of booking regardless of the policy, allowing you time to acknowledge and understand the terms of your booking. After 24 hours the policy you have booked is now applicable. All refunds after this period will incur a 5% administration fee on the amount collected to cover the processing of the refund.
4) Damages, missing items or unexpected cleaning
- All breakages and damages must be reported to Regional Escapes. Failure to report them will likely result in an extra charge applicable to the cost of the damaged items. No contents are to be removed from the property. Charges apply if an item/s is taken and not returned.
- Damaged, torn or stained linen, sheets, towels, donnas, quilts, pillows and couches will be charged at the applicable replacement cost
- If extra cleaning is required this is charged at a per-hour rate with public holiday and weekend surcharges applicable.
- If there are any charges applicable after your stay we will communicate these with you including providing photographic evidence for your reference.

- Pets are NOT permitted at this property

- If there are any issues upon arrival, please contact us via the booking channel for assistance.
- We will require photos should you wish to claim reimbursement for any issues reported
- We will do our best to rectify any issues promptly to ensure an enjoyable stay. A high-level guest experience is of the highest priority for our entire team.
