This hotel is absolutely beautiful . I loved the room , the shower and the bed . The kitchen was cute . Loved the security of only being allowed to get on the elevator with your room key . It’s a great location for bars and very walkable . I left a day early because of the WiFi. Apparently if you have an Apple phone you have to force the pop up screen . I primarily work online so I couldn’t be without WiFi . I called down to the front desk and they said they would send someone up . No one came . So I just didn’t finish my stay . Didn’t ask for a refund because I enjoyed my stay but a little more could have been done to help me .

A beautiful hotel right in the middle of all the Collingwood activity. Very nice room including a kitchen, laundry and lovely bathroom. Friendly staff. Incredible rooftop pool, sauna and sitting areas with heaters and views over the city. Nothing to complain about here!

Modern Nice Hotel in Good Location
Nice room in good location relative to restaurants and public transit. The room is adequate size with many amenities including a washer/dryer, full sized fridge, large screen TV and comfy bed. Had an issue with the climate system but the staff was able to provide me a floor heater while the problem was being resolved. Enjoyable stay!
