Property has very friendly and helpful staff. It is extremely convenient, making access to many major city center attractions within easy walking distance or with tram access. Some minor issues: Need more places to hang towels in bathroom. Please get a more versatile in room coffee making system. The Nepresso has very limited options. Overall, an excellent place to stay and would consider it if visiting again.

Wonderful layover

Just overnight. A thunderstorm as we arrived and the reception person offered us an umbrella so that we could visit the markets. Next day the same gentleman provided us with terrific local recommendations. We had the one night out with friends and enjoyed the comfort of the hotel.

Everything you need, a super comfortable stay. Loved the pool and outdoors area. Transport 100 metres away and the vic market across the road. Highly recommend

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the location was fantastic particularly being just over the road from the markets. It was easy access to public transport, shops, restaurants etc too. The staff were always friendly and obliging. The room and all areas of the hotel were clean and the cost was excellent.
