A great place for a family to stay connected to many facilities such as schools, childcare facilities, creek-walk and medical centres. It has a spacious pergola and backyard.

Enjoy the convenience of being close to Aircraft train station (less than 10min walk, 750m) to travel to Footscray, Southern Cross and Flinders Station. It is also less than a 10 minute drive to Altona Beach, with many beachside restauraunts, cafes and nature walking tracks. You can also enjoy the short walk alongside the Creek. There are nice shopping centres nearby, including Central Sqaure Shopping Centre (18min walk, 1.4km), Point Cook Town Centre and Pacific Werribee. There is also a 10 minute drive to Werribee Mercy Hospital.
