*Your price includes accommodation and linen fee. Guests cannot provide their own linen, as this is the only way we can ensure the bed provided to you is hygienic.

** Due to local laws and impact on neighbours, the number of cars at the property cannot exceed the parking spaces available.

Guests are required to park within the property and are not permitted to park on the street (nature strip).

NO designated boat parking spaces

Starter Kit provided and suitable for 1 night’s use including, matches, fire lighter, kindling & small / medium size logs)

PET POLICY:

This property is 'Pet Friendly' (the owner’s welcome small pets by prior agreement).

We ask that pets not be left unattended for long periods of time as they may fret, cause damage and impact on neighbour comfort.

Pets are restricted to non-carpeted areas and owners must vacuum and clean up waste upon departure.

The property/backyard is NOT completely fenced, and therefore NOT secure

As part of our conditions of being able to offer this property for rent, the Mornington Peninsula Shire requires us to provide our contact details to neighbours. Please ensure you read the shire's 'Code of Conduct' to ensure you minimise the impact on neighbours, and they have no need to contact us.
