There are two private properties in this plot (Casa Foresta & Casa Melipillán) both of which have their own privacy and common areas (not shared between each other). Families are encouraged to supervise children, and guests with pets are kindly requested to maintain cleanliness.

Casa Melipillán is a perfect base for exploring nearby attractions and is just a short drive from the artisan village of Pomaire, the serene shores of Lake Rapel, and the lush Culiprán Valley. The property is also adjacent to the Cantillana mountain range, home to one of the world's few unique sclerophyll forests with endemic and rare wildlife.

The property also includes Casa Foresta, with its own private amenities, and is home to two friendly dogs. The owner lives nearby and is available to help with any requests or questions.
