I had an absolutely amazing stay at Grand Madurai! From the moment I stepped in, I was blown away by how beautifully renovated the hotel is. The rooms are spacious, modern, and incredibly clean, everything felt so fresh and well-maintained. The level of attention to detail is fantastic. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a refreshing welcome drink and a traditional tulsi maalai, which added a warm and personal touch to the whole experience. The convenience of the hotel is unmatched, there’s a trendy bar that serves great drinks, and the room service was fast and efficient. What stood out the most to me was how spotless everything was, especially the bathrooms. You can tell the hotel takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness. The staff were also incredibly attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed and going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The overall vibe of the hotel is so inviting, and I felt truly taken care of. Honestly, I didn’t want to leave, I could’ve stayed forever! Excellent staff!! Very helpful front desk team. Sujaan, Alen and team went above and beyond to ensure our tournament needs are met. Chef guided us from allergy perspective, making us confident with food choice. The Sunday brunch was colorful!!
