We had a nice stay at the Caption by Hyatt. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel appeared to be a remodeled factory building. We parked our car across the street for $15.

Last minute overnight stay from Knoxville we originally had of a restaurant down in Mississippi and decided to stop on Beale Street for some Partying I have a desk right and was the closest to Beale. Loved every thing about our rooms decor

I love this property. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very clean, bright, the lobby area is cozy and inviting. Great restaurants within walking distance. Room are spacious and clean.

Excellent location for the Orpheum
We are two older females in Memphis for an Orpheum performance. We appreciate the extra security at the elevators. Had a bit of trouble with the hot water in the shower not being consistent. Modern eclectic young decor.

I don't often leave reviews, but this place was so fun I had to. We kept saying our college daughter would have loved it as it had a retro feel to the room - different from usual hotel rooms and gave it a fun feel with modern amenities. Added bonus was the coffee shop right in the lobby for your first morning fix. Great location near the water, as well as two blocks from the main drag to the nightclubs. Would definitely recommend staying here.

I enjoyed laying in the bed and looking out the window at the bridge which was lit up and colorful .I loved the comfort of the bed pillows which I really wanted to take home with me .The location was great Close to Beale Street and the FedEx Stadium .

Chill vibes, safe nights.
I love that the valet service is behind the building making it feel safer than pulling up in front of traffic. The staff is always kind and helpful and the whole environment is really chill. I've stayed in a dozen places throughout Memphis and this is definitely in my top 3 from a friendliness, convenience and comfortable place to stay.
