The room was a suite with a kitchenette but no refrigerator. The place had stained bedding and the room had a smell of weed. When I got there the lobby was closed so I stood outside while the staff took forever. The price didn’t match what hotels.com guaranteed and we were charged by the hotel and hotels.com ……what a disaster

Good location - uncomfortable bed
The hotel is in a great, safe location, which I appreciated, and the overall cleanliness was fine. Unfortunately, the bed was very hard and lumpy, which made it uncomfortable to sleep on. Additionally, there was a strong smell in the room, like cheap cleaning products attempting to mask old smoke, which was off-putting. Overall, the stay was okay, but the bed and smell were disappointing.

My reservation for the ninth was a one bed king room he put me in a two bed room. It was a hole in the wall. The shower did not work or head handles. There was no water in the entire room, including sink and toilet. It was bugs on the floor in the bathroom. I went back to the office. I received a second room in the same condition my guess that was with me took the key back and finally got us a correct room but I also noticed I purchased through Expedia. It was $25 higher. I got a copy of my receipt for the room and seeing the price difference no one likes to be robbed.
