Very good value for Memphis, the hotel is clean, the staff is nice, has indoor pool, outdoor pool, guest laundry and gym, They also have a little store and a bar that serves food in the evenings. We had the pizza and it was good. A few negatives are no in-room microwave or in-room coffee, but there is coffee and a microwave downstairs. You have to use your phone to get in your room. It’s a QR code. That’s kind of annoying. Also no complimentary breakfast but IHOP is down the street and they have breakfast items available for purchase in the store. Would recommend. Felt safe parking lot secure and free parking.

Pool seating was nice & comfy but Hot tub could have been warmer & no jets to turn on. The pool was very chilly and not overly clean. Also the times listed for use were 6am to 10 pm but when we left they said it would not be open until 8 am so it wouldn't be able to use before an early exit we needed. I enjoy to get in a swim before leaving so always try to choose a location with extended hours.

Staff limited, No bath tub only shower, with no shower curtain (handicap room) very slippery tile. VERY UNSAFE!!!! There was not dining restaurant, no full breakfast as stated, I asked about it and was told it was from a concession stand and scan yourself, carry out. 2 elevators where out. not enough carts to get luggage. limiting us the ability to get out to check out. At 4:00 in the morning, women were in the hallway parading around and screaming loudly, I opened my door and told them what time it was, There is no staff at this hotel so no where to complain at 4:00 in the morning. Very dissatisfied with this hotel. We will not use it again.
