Beautiful, relaxing, & comfortable!
My husband and I stayed two nights at the Memphis Vitality Hotel and upon arrival was extremely happy about how beautiful the place was! The self check in did not go as smoothly for me, but never had a problem getting help either on the phone or in person once we got there. Was greeted by very cheerful people, who explained everything we needed to know about the hotel. The restaurant was really convenient and much appreciated after a long drive. Was excited to see that there were several specials for the weekend! We took advantage of the barbecue pizza and Caesar salad and both of them were totally excellent! Our bedroom was a bit smaller than what we are used to, but for the fabulous price we paid, we were very happy! The room was extremely clean. The bedding and the pillows were like heaven! The hotel is beautifully decorated and in a great location. The indoor pool and Jacuzzi were very nice, except that the pool was not heated, and after the first night, the Jacuzzi did not work - was disappointed. The breakfast was just as expected for a continental breakfast. Had hope that there would at least be some instant grits and oatmeal so that we could have something hot on a cold morning. Would love it if they would have a hot breakfast. You can order from the restaurant menu at a charge. Overall, we really loved it and fully intend on going back as we do visit Memphis often.

Stay was overall good. Saw police patrol and cars were kept in an enclosed parking lot. The only issue was using the barcode to check in. I had to manually type in the key. Staff was easy to reach and were quick to respond.

Excellent hotel stay.
The hotel was great!! The check in process was different from anything I’m use to at any hotel since it is alll digital and there is not a front desk for checking in/out. Overall though the process was easy. The QR codes used as room keys are a little challenging as our didn’t want to read, thankfully there was also the option to use a key pad code which worked great. I say ditch the use of the QR codes and just stick to key pad codes. The hotel itself was still under renovations but what has been redone is beautiful. Our room was great. Comfy beds and very clean room. If we’re ever back in Memphis we will stay here again. The parking lot felt very secure with several security cameras. The only thing we were curious about is if someone did need hotel assistance like maintenance to fix something are they available on sight since we saw limited staff on the property?

We love the Vitality because it was convenient, security always present. Beautiful entry way, nice music, gym is really nice, facilities are beautiful. Bed was super comfy, breakfast was decent. It is in a run down area but the hotel is safe and very quiet. It would be lovely for a wedding event.

I would definitely stay here again. At first, I felt a bit anxious since it was my first time visiting, but the kind lady at the front desk truly put me at ease. She welcomed me warmly and took the time to explain everything about the hotel. To make the experience even better, she had her colleagues keep an eye out for me, which made me feel really cared for during my stay.

For a short stay, this place is just fine. But there's very little staff. When I needed help, I sent a text message to a number that had previously contacted me from the property. Theres no daily housekeeping, so we didnt receive fresh towels, the shower head was low and coming out of the walls, and there was no light switch for the light in the bathroom. Pros - free parking, comfortable bed and a nice lobby.

When ‘charcuterie board’ is on the menu, the cook should know how to make it. Keilbasa and cured meats were in the description. We initially got 2 ham steaks only and when I pointed out the menu, we then received cut up ham steaks and deepfried sausage. Three strawnerries are not ‘a variety of fruit’. Some training and education needed or remove it from the menu.
