The room looked as if it hadn’t been really cleaned in a while mold in the bathroom boogers on the wall the window leaked when it rained. It was so bad I couldn’t even complain because it most definitely wouldn’t make a difference, I could only give it a single star because I couldn’t give it anything lower , from having to use the service elevator that was for house keeping because the regular elevator wasn’t working. If you need pictures & videos I have plenty, this place was beyond bad it shouldn’t even be open , I’m pretty sure the city or township building inspectors would have a field day with all the violations in the building.

The perfect place for a staycation! The staff is amazing, down to earth, and helpful. The bar is wonderful and it doesn't matter who the bartender is, they are all great. If only they had jacuzzi rooms, that would put this place over the top!

I arrived at this hotel without much expectation, because since I moved to Memphis I have always felt discriminated against, but as soon as I arrived here everything was different, the attention on the phone, because they do not have a reception like the other hotels, but the attention was so spectacular 10 Points

Clean room, great pool and hot tub (maybe the best I have ever experienced, good fitness room. The only negative was no coffee pot in the room, but there was coffee in the lobby (I just don’t like going down there at 5 am). I need a cup of coffee just to get down there. Very nice staff! Also, it is a key that is on your phone so I guess you have to have a smartphone in order to stay there (which I know the majority of people have, but my daughter does not so she couldn’t leave the room without me so that’s a bit odd in my opinion). Overall, this is hotel was great and I will definitely stay again.
