I checked in and found out later that the hotel has a zero visitor policy. I understand limiting visitors with concerns of prostitution and human trafficking, but I was there for business and had people I wanted to come to my room to work out the event I was doing. One staff threatened to kick me out no refund if I had a visitor Rest of staff nice Tv also didn’t work for the first 4 days I was there.

Mildew a/c filters, broken lock on front door. Smell like curry spice in hallways. Side entrances broken. Staff unfriendly and rude. Beds made noise when you move while sleeping. No coffee

I WAS TOLD THAT I COULD USE MY AARP CARD BUT I COULDN'T AND HAD TO PAY A HIGHER PRICE. THE BURNER BARLEY WORK. THE TUB DOESN'T WORK. I'VE ASKED SEVERAL TIMES TO BE MOVED TO, THE 3RD FLOOR BUT WAS WAS TOLD THEY WERE SOLD OUT. I GET TOLD THIS EVERY TIME I ASKED TO BE MOVED. THE CARPET SMELLS LIKE PET URINE

Hotel needs a deep cleaning and updates. Set of double doors to enter lobby made it difficult to get luggage in-no automatic doors. Shower did not drain. Bathroom fan covered in dust. Staff not friendly. Only clean once per week. Clean towels once per week, and cannot get more if you ask. Had kitchenette, but had to pay a deposit if you wanted dishwater. Location was fine, but I wouldn’t stay there again.
