The Guesthouse is the best option when visiting Graceland. Your Elvis experience continues through your stay throughout the hotel.

We enjoyed our staff at the Guesthouse. All of the staff, from the gate house attendant to the housekeeping staff were friendly and welcoming. There was secure paid parking right in front of the hotel. There was a shuttle bus that took guests on the hour and 1/2 across the street to Graceland. The driver told jokes and stories and was especially attentive to guests with mobility issues. We were especially pleased to, upon our early arrival, found our room to be ready. We had used the pre-check in the evening prior. The information desk gentleman and the front desk staff were welcoming as well! Our room was luxurious! Extremely comfortable beds and large bathroom with a great shower. The decor was tasteful with just enough sparkle! There was a section of Elvis music playing to greet us when we entered our room and you could choose 50's, 60's, or 70's Elvis hits to listen to should you choose. There was a safe, a bar fridge, and a large television. Plenty of plugs and a highlight built into a plug that you could push on or off. Our second floor room overlooked the garden and was very quiet at night. We enjoyed walking around the well-kept garden. There were firetables to sit around as it was late October. We had dinner at Delta's and found the food and service to be very good. Breakfast buffet at Delta's had a large selection and food was very good. The omelette station attendant was very friendly and clearly very talented at her job! Elvis movies & PBJ sandwiches too! Nice!

I dislike writing bad reviews, but this time I have to. Extremely overpriced for what you get. $300.00 a night was way too much for such bad service. Got there early, told to wait and they'd call me when our room was ready. Never called, we had to go up to the front desk to find out it had been ready for a while. For dinner we decided on EP Grill in the hotel. We were seated, no one came around for a half hour to get us drinks or take our order! They all saw us and passed us by. It was not very busy and we were never rude or anything to warrant such bad service. My husband went to the bar to see when they would come to us. Was told, very rudely, that a waiter would be by. Still no one. Finally after a half hour someone asked if we had been taken care of, we said no and explained the situation. He did apologize and finally got our drinks and the food finally came. The food was decent. Though overpriced for what you get. The room was clean, but there were definite signs of wear and tear. The next morning we decided on the breakfast buffet, understanding we had to pay, which we were fine with, until we got the bill. $30.00 each! Okay, I get it, you're paying for the name Elvis Presley, we knew that when we booked the hotel. I would have been fine with how much things cost if the service reflected that. I sincerely hope if they read this review that they will take to heart what I said, and do better.

It was an easy booking in and the shuttle services and staff at the information desk were excellent Shuttles over to Graceland although it was walking distance There is a shuttle every 30 min to the bus station and airport also a great service An Elvis movie every night ina great theatre and live music from the era in the lobby Lots of Elvis features like chocolate milk and peanut butter and jelly sandwich at 9pm It was a fabulous place to explore Gracelands and easy to get an Uber to Beale st Wonderful staff

If you're an Elvis fan, you'll love this hotel. It is decorated in the spirit of Graceland. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Property is beautiful. The area outside the property is a little shady. Sidewalks are broken and roads need to be fixed but other than that, I have no complaints. It's expensive but so is eveything else nowadays. I would recommend staying here if you're visiting Graceland!

Staff miserable, hotel lovely and convenient. Check in not good. Staff would not check us in earlier as we had plans. Parking was convenient but to pay for parking!! Never had to pay for staying in a hotel resort…this fee on top of paying for room. Overall not brilliant but convenient.
