Great information and communication with owner. The property was very clean and modern and had everything plus more you would need including free laundry a massive bonus for us. We walked up local public transport sticking to main lit roads. Garden area / parking infront was lit up and very pretty. We would definitely recommend and stay again if in the area.

I’ve heard mixed reviews of Memphis. The Moose has changed all that. This place is perfect for bringing a pice of home to my on road journey. It really is one of the nicest stays I’ve had in the road as far as a full apartment experience. Perfect for those working or touring the area. I met the apartment manager and he was very kind and took the time to engage in conversation and also help me add some extra nights. Rooms are very thoughtful with everything you need. Onsite laundry is perfect for a working traveler.

This is a great location for any extended stay. Washing machine and dryer on premises. Gated parking for 6 spots in front and parking in back for additional parking. There is a police station and fire dept nearby. Studio apt was nicely furnished and a perfect location to relax in after a day of touring area.

Loved the Moose!
Loved our stay at the Moose. It a beautiful large studio apartment not far from Downtown Memphis. By far a better value than any hotel in the area and much nicer. I wish we had time to stay for more than one night.

Wonderful Stay!
The moose was a very nice place to stay! The neighborhood looked a little bit shady at first, but the property was really nice! The owners communicated well and I really appreciated all of the amenities that were there!

The only negative thing I have to say is that when we checked in there were food crumbs on the dining table and the sofa. Other than that, everything was clean. We felt very safe staying there and all of the tenants we encountered while we were there were nice. The outdoor area is super cute and the inside of our unit had lots of personality.

What a gem!
One of the nicest, most thoughtful places I’ve stayed. Well appointed comfortable room with good bed, nice bathroom, a kitchen with big fridge, stove, microwave, table and a love seat. So many nice touches, toiletries, even a guitar to play, an information notebook and available laundry facilities. Free onsite parking. No desk but management is available if needed. There is an outdoor grill and patio area. It is about 1.5 flat miles to Beale Street and we walked it. There is a tough neighborhood between the Moose and Beale Street and we found that walking west on Adams to Main Street avoided that. We were there on Sunday thru Tuesday and there seemed to be plenty of on-street downtown parking available (for those less busy days) and it would be a short Uber ride. We found this an ideal place to stay.

This was one of the nicest properties we’ve ever stayed in - the host kept in touch every day to make sure everything was perfect. And it was - even the Holy Grail of a kettle to boil water for tea was supplied. And a cafetière for coffee! Easy to find, the neighbourhood in the Victorian Village was historically interesting and pretty. A short walk to the trolley bus or bus meant downtown was easily accessible- although late night trams etc were not an option after 9pm as we found out. But The Moose deserves more than 5 stars because it is very special.

A clean, safe, comfortable host that cares!
The Moose is an amazing stay for an excellent value. The room was nearly spotless and the bed was one of the most comfortable that we've slept on in our travels. The tiny extras were an awesome touch as well (complimentary water, snack size chips, make-up wipes, etc...) But, the best part is that management genuinely cares about your satisfaction during your stay. I can't say enough nice things about "The Moose," but we'll definitely be back soon!

The moose was pleasant to stay at and had everything we needed. Only thing I didn’t like was front parking small and shower water was not hot more lukewarm. I would recommend anyone to stay and would stay again.
