Stayed a number of nights. Hotel is renovating. The noise during the day borders on intolerable. I work in hotel rooms and I could not here (or hear!). Although wi-fi can hit 200 +mps many rooms cant't and often a high latency rate: but what is the point if someone is jackhammering below you. Once the renovation is done I'm sure it will be great to stay again. Renovated rooms are really nice

We were passing through Merida on our way to Mexico City and this hotel was perfect for our needs. It is an older property, but has everything, and we slept well. Great service too.

It took a long time for check in, room was not ready. Staff wasn’t around to help with the luggage during check in and out. The swimming pool was not clean! The place is a ran down place, old mattresses with holes! We couldn’t wait to check out! I do not recommend to any one!

El lugar solo es para dormir. Los baños son minúsculos, con mucho trabajo se pueden utilizar. De los dos elevadores que tienen solo uno funciona, y al no tener elevadores de servicio pues hay que estar esperando al equipo de mantenimiento a que terminen de usarlos. La entrega del departamento a la llegada nos hicieron esperar más de una hora de la hora indicada. El personal de limpieza no solo no tiene actitud de servicio, a momentos es grosera. Y para terminar, si quieren servicio de comida al cuarto solo antes de las 13hrs. Pues a esa hora cierra el restaurant.
