Big Thumbs up very well situated, has a grocery store next door for all your needs, rooms come with a mini fridge and a mini electric range, I dont know if all the rooms have them but ours had a tarrece with a quante bistro table and chairs, there is a taco stand maybe a 1/2 block away that makes some killer tacos, walking distance from Costco, a huge Mall, a Few night clubs, bar and grills, Commuter bus stop is right up front, nice pool and air conditioner was working great, will definitely stay here again!!!

For the price its great for a stop over. The only thing i would recommend is get some new towels for the bathroom. Our towels were so worn out and frayed .

People from the staff were extremely friendly and serviceable. All my questions and needs were always great resolved. The room was always clean. The only issue was the internet wifi at the room, which was very weak and intermittent. For sure I’ll come back to Merida and I’ll choose Siglo 21 Hotel!!

I’m not buying the hotel.
The hotel met my expectations for my trip plans. Walking distance to a mall, Costco, The Grand Museo Maya. Parking spaces in front of the hotel, rooms and hotel very clean, coffee and bread (pan dulce) every morning. One block from hotel there is a good taco place to dine or take to go even they do deliveries highly recommended. I’m not rating this hotel on buying it terms, Only for their services and convenience to my trip it was wonderful price and location.

The elevator hadn’t been working for a long time. 3rd floor rooms are a long ways up when carrying luggage. The handrails ti the stairs are sticky.

Excelente Hotel
La habitación para 4 personas con 2 camas matrimoniales es muy amplia, tiene una pequeña cocina con platos vasos y cubiertos, refri, microondas y una pequeña parrilla. El aire funciona muy bien las camas son cómodas y hay cobijas en el closet por si te quieres tapar. El baño es muy amplio y hay jabón y shampoo, las toallas estuvieron limpias. La habitación estaba en planta baja y tenía una pequeña terraza con una mesa y sillas para salir a comer o tomar algo pero el aire no llega así que está muy caliente siempre. La alberca es pequeña pero puedes quitarte el calor y nadar un rato perfectamente. La atención en el lobby es muy amable y te ayudan en todo. La ubicación también es buena, está a 5 minutos de Galerías Mérida casi enfrente y hay un mini súper y farmacia a unas cuadras.
