It was great! The staff was nice, the room was very well kept and I loved how close it was to various restaurants around Polanco. The only issue was that the wifi wouldn’t work very well at night, but other than that it was great!

Great location. Unfortunately their water heaters didn’t work for 2 days. The AC doesn’t seem to work either. It helped that is winter right now and if you open the windows wide open it will cool off in the afternoon. Their toilets clog easily. Overall a bad experience this last time. It used to be good, but it is questionable now. They took 2 days to fix the water heater problem which was the worse. I noticed it right away, and asked for a room change. But my colleagues had to live with it. There were no more rooms available. The water is like ice cold.

Good installations, service needs improvement

When I arrived, there was no one in the front desk. I had to wait for 10 minutes before someone came. Breakfast is poor. The room and the building are clean and well kept. Overall, service improvement would make ParkLife Masaryk an excellent option.
