Nice place to stay for business or leisure. The rooms are very clean but the furnishings are old, they could use a modern refresh.. The staff is very nice and the restaurant had great food. The neighborhood is very affluent with many dining options. I would stay here again. A-

We experienced poor service cleaning. We also reported to the front desk twice on a day but unfortunately management didn’t respond promptly. So our experience was very disappointing….like we are not returning to Camino Real, even do our family live with a short distance. We will not recommend to any family members or friends.

Overall great! I booked this location to be near the university, but if your goal is sightseeing around the city I wouldn’t recommend this location as it is quite far. The staff were amazing and I was overall happy. I took 1 star off over fairly nitpicky comments: 1. The rug in my room wasn’t very clean under the furniture, which was a little icky but I could cope with. 2. I found the pillow cases to be very thin. I was constantly getting poked by the feathers inside the pillows and it wasn’t very comfortable. But these are fairly tiny comments because again, overall, great locale.
