Great hotel with viewing/dining options for the Dia de los Muertos Parade. We also appreciated the option of dining there for Breakfast and Happy hour. Great plan!! All staff was very accommodating. Location on Reforma was easily accessible to so many different places.Would stay here again.

Excellent hotel and great food. People in charge of the food room need to make you feel more welcoming, they only focused on parties of 3 or more / I ate alone and almost never came to check on me, I had to ask for coffee 2 times. Food was great but customer service has to be excellent.

Long check in line but took under 20 minutes. Fast elevator. The property is a bit old and tired. For example- the toilet seat slides around and the plug in the bathtub doesn’t seal. Carpet is old, movie channels are excellent. Had the best sleep of my trip here.

Room and bathroom is dated. But very clean and comfy bed. Air conditioning cooled but it didn’t seem to get cold enough. Food at club level was mediocre and additional servers were needed as we never had a 2nd coffee poured or even asked if we wanted wine. Food was never replaced fast enough leaving at times nothing to chose from even though they were far from closing. Would stay here again, but would hope they would work on these services.
