Hotel was very dirty, our room was never cleaned. Our bathtub had hairs all over. We had to ask 3 times for clean towels. Would not recommend

Like the restaurant and coffee shop inside the restaurant, a bit outdated on charging stations, no USB ports had to go and purchase a plug for my USB Type C charger. Just bring an electrical plug in charger

PÉSIMO SERVICIO, HORRIBLE.
Pésimo Servicio. Pagué por una Jr. Suite. Se supone que a las 3 es el el check in, llegué 3:15 y estuve esperando poco más de 1 hora y mi habitación no estuvo lista. Tuve que irme y regresar más tarde. Pero eso si, les pides 1 hora más para el check out y te dicen que está sujeto a disponibilidad. Los elevadores fatales, Puedes tardar hasta 20 min. esperando para subir o bajar. Pedí hielo un par de veces a la habitación y me dijeron ya va pero nunca llegó, pedí agua 3 veces y lo mismo. Salí temprano y no hicieron el cuarto, hasta las 6 pm que llegué y lo pedí. Un día llegué, tardé mucho en subir a mi habitación esperando por el elevador, llego al cuarto y las tarjetas desactivadas! así que a esperar de nuevo horas por el elevador para bajar y subir. El día del check out el hotel atascado de gente, como un evento o equipos de fut bol. No podía salir con mi vehículo porque estaban bloqueando desde el Lobby hasta la salida y nadie fue capaz de poner orden. MI ESTANCIA FUE UNA VERDADERA PESADILLA, tuve que quedarme las 3 noches porque estaban pre pagadas. NO REGRESO JAMÁS.
