Great historic hotel with a lot of character, and characters. Located in the busy Zona Rosa next several pedestrian streets, and a 5 minute walk to Roma Norte to the south, Reforma to the north, and 2 blocks from yhe Insurgente Metro Station. The hotel is historic and hence requires some grace. There are doormen, bell hops, concierge, and designated taxis which makes the hotel feel very safe. The public spaces are grand, and well layed out. The guest rooms are spartan, but well maintained. House keeping is very attentive, and if you need anything a quick call to the front desk answersmost needs. I greatly appreciated the laundry service, it was same day, and nicely pressed. Excellent water pressure, and the elevators work well. Breakfast is a buffet in the Garden Court, happy hour and live music in the Telephone Bar, very film noir. Best of all are the staff, the everyone is friendly, professional, and focused on providing the best service. I chose the hotel for the location and price, I was not disappointed. Thank Hotel Geneve for a very nice week's adventure.

El personal, la ubicación y el servicio en general son top. El hotel es también un museo por lo que entrar es como viajar en el tiempo a la época antes de la revolución, el lobby es precioso y las habitaciones conservan ese ambiente tradicional. El personal es súper amable y están dispuestos a apoyarte en lo que necesites. Además la ubicación es mi favorita en la ciudad, está cerca de todo y a minutos caminando del metrobús

Room: dingey, mismatched, furnishing old, ill- fitted to room, bath old, no counter space. Lighting in room limited use of room in general and fixtures as well as switches were wobbely. No USB capabilities at all and avaiable outlets were extremly difficult to access. Staff very helpful where possible. Lobby very impressive. Signage out of d ate, still didplaying Christmas menu.

The staff are friendly, professional, and attentive to our needs, which we truly appreciated. However, the property could benefit from some updates and improved cleanliness. The hallway carpets appeared quite dirty and may be due for replacement. Additionally, the showerhead seems outdated and caused water to spill outside the tub during use. Addressing these areas would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

Staff was excellent and very courteous. Hotel lobby is beautiful with so much history! Rooms are worn but the cleanliness is good. Housekeeping staff was great. I had left a tip for the housekeeper on the nightstand and they didn’t take it. I later found the tip envelope and placed in there. Área is busy so noise can be an issue.
