I had a wonderful stay at Geneve. It is a beautiful, historical hotel with a small display that is worth visiting, two good restaurants, a cute bar, and unparalleled location. The staff is very acknowledgeable and welcoming, and special thanks to Carlos, who was beyond kind; it is a true joy when people share their love for their job. Will definitely come back.

This is definitely a 3 or 4 star hotel absolutely not a 5 star hotel. It was cute. Restaurant was expensive for the area but fine not blown away. Edible but wouldn't necessarily talk about the food.

Everything was great, from arrival to departure. Great service, clean facility, very historic, and in the best area in Roma, near Condesa. Just a walk away from attractions and fantastic food. Stayed here for 6 days. Loved it!!

Overall the hotel is very old, without any renovation. The bedding and towels were very old. Towels were falling apart. This is not a 5 star hotel at all. Maybe 3 star. Staff were nice and they changed our room after first night. Our first room had flies coming out of drain and bath tub was not draining. Location is good.
