A+ for Hotel Catedral.

Our stay at Hotel Catedral was great, the staff, the cleaning crew were all great. The location of this hotel is perfect if you want to be close to many attractions including the Cathedral across the street and the plaza. The breakfast buffet was so delicious and we looked forward to it every morning. Also, just wanted to mention that the cleaning crew was awesome.

The bathroom door in the room was damaged, and the toilet had limescale. This is not a budget hotel, so you would expect all the rooms to be better maintained, not just the more expensive ones. The area where I was staying was under maintenance, and there was a lot of noise from very early in the morning. I think if they plan to fix certain areas, they shouldn’t reserve the rooms nearby. Other than that, I really loved the area, there are many places to visit nearby, and the service was very good.

Highly recommend hotel for Mexico Historic Center.

I can’t find one thing to fault this hotel. It is as central as could be for the historical center. Great breafast. Bottled water and snacks in the lobby. Roof terrace with good views. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.
