We arrived early morning hours to the hotel with a pending room reservation. When we arrived, we were told they were giving us a larger room for our stay. Great! We arrived tired and wanted to rest. Located next to the constitutional plaza, the hotel is within the walking distance of many landmarks. It also provides free snacks, free fruits (plums, guavas), and free bottled water in downstairs areas. The hotel clerks are very nice and helpful.

Unique view of ancient ruins under the glass floor. Cathedral right in front of hotel. I got the flu and your housekeeper Bernicia couldn't have been kinder brought me water and then checked in at end of her shift. It's that kind of caring service that really stands out. Nice coffee tea bar with cookies and local fruits. It's still under construction but will be truly stunning when different.

I wouldn’t stay here again due to the multiple problems we faced with front desk staff. They lost reservations that were paid for in full and gave us a room that was occupied by another guest in our party. Never apologized or owned their unprofessional conduct. Too bad as the hotel is lovely and location is the best.
