Room was very clean and bed and pillows were comfortable. We had to change rooms after sleeping in a room with no heat. We moved from the old section to the new tower with no charge. Loved the fresh fruit, cookies, peanuts and potato chips and coffee, tea and bottled water always available. Front desk was wonderful and efficient. Hotel restaurant had good food. The 24 hour front desk was incredible. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and kind. The rooms in the pyramid tower are beautiful and the rooftop terraces were a great place to overlook the city and unwind. 10/10!!

Very warm and courteous staff. We were especially grateful to Veronica at the front desk for helping us book our local tour. Thelma Gallindo made different delicious meals at the breakfast buffet everyday. Our room was always clean and the thermostat worked well. We will definitely recommend this hotel to other family and friends.

Todo estuvo excelente, salvo que una noche que regresé a las 3 am; el unico acceso posible era por la calle Donceles, y el guarda de turno estaba escondido y dormido y bloqueó con un palo la puerta corrediza Por dicha la zona es relativamente segura, pero quedé expuesto innecesariamente

I was paying from $350-$450 a night for a room and it looked like it was from the 1980s when I walked in. Even had a broken bathroom sink. The hotel had to be half empty. There was hardly anybody in the hotel at any time of day. I don’t understand why they couldn’t have put us in the newly remodeled section of the hotel which is what was on Expedia. Yeah so definitely not happy about that. A lot of construction going on. The beds were pretty uncomfortable and the pillows were a three on a scale from one to five. I will say the Housekeeping staff did a great job in all areas that we encountered in the hotel. I wouldn’t say not to go here, but I won’t be making a second stay myself.

“The front desk staff are very nice and pleasant. I asked for a room with a window because I’m claustrophobic, and I wanted to be able to see people moving outside. The room is clean, though the pillows feel a bit worn and not very comfortable. The location is excellent—you can easily walk around the area. I’m also grateful for the complimentary breakfast for the day.
