The hotel is located just one block from the main cathedral and Zocale Centro hisorico on a relatively quiet Street. I was greeted with a bottle of water and some cookies during my wait for checking in. Bilingual Front desk Staffs are polite and very helpful. My room was spacious, clean and quiet. The hotel has 2 restaurants, one for ordering a la carte including breakfast at a very reasonable price, the other is for breakfast buffet. I had a pleasant 3 night stay. Areas that can be improved on include: a) the card scanner on the room door; and b) the outside touch button (for summoning elevator to your floor) of the Schindler elevators on ground and 3rd floors. They are not working on repeated touches or pressing hard on.

A Great Guest Friendly Hotel
This Hotel has great staff and makes everyone feel at home. They provide water in the rooms plus snacks in the lobby. The restaurant has great food for breakfast, lunch or supper with a variety of choices. The place is clean and a limited number of daily newspapers are available for hotel guests in the lobby each morning. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. Being in Mexico City's Historical District, it is close to many restaurants, world-class museums, art galleries, historical buildings and entertainment venues such as the Zinco Jazz Club.

Hotel staff was very helpful. The hotel sits on top of the pyramid. You are able to view through glass floors. Honestly when we arrived our room was not what we expected but we expressed our concerns and we moved immediately to an upgraded room with the view we had expected when we booked. It is centrally located to many attractions and shopping. Very safe.

I have so many complaints of this hotel. I don’t now where to start. They have bad service, rooms were not really clean. I had to call for toilet paper, because they didn’t leave any. No soap in the room, towels were ripped, some rude stuff. I differently will NOT be Returning. I booked the Hotel based on reviews. But it totally lacked everything. Don’t know why it has any awards. Really Disappointed. I travel a lot and have very few bad experiences.

Location was convenient, easy and safe to walk to many points of interest. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Service was excellent. The hotel restaurant was great.
