Wifi doesn't work. The location is bad, there is no business nearby, doesn't feel safe. The hotel restaurant closes too soon. Tv was broken. They make you go up and down to reception for everything. Never would come back. But at least the bed seems clean.

The hotel and staff is great. Well cleaned. The water pressure poor but remember México city has an issue with water so that’s understandable. The area around is somewhat sketchy so be careful walking around. There is a nice bus station close with restaurants and a Starbucks. The breakfast buffet is good and average with eggs ham and fruits

They have a roof top to view the city and a nice restaurant one floor below but due to people renting the whole 2 floors we were not able to go up to view other than a quick 3 minutes, then had to leave. After complaining they let us eat at the restaurant with not much of a view out the back side. Check to see if private party has rented before you book!

Front desk Mariana and staff were helpful with money exchange, calling cab, tourist information, and room. I was able to get the tour of the historical center on time.

El hotel es bonito, cómodo, cuenta con las amenidades básicas, el staff es muy amable, están al pendiente de tus necesidades, la cercanía del hotel a la TAPO es muy conveniente ya que te permite visitar otros puntos de la Ciudad, hay mucho transporte cerca y el metro está a 7 minutos caminando, me encanta este hotel

No air conditioning, the floor was cracked, no tv channels just antenna, no outlets to connect the phones, bed was too hard, the place is very closed to the most dangerous area in Mexico. The outside of the place doesn’t match the pictures on their site. The employee services were very good. Over all I give it a one star stay.
