Walls are pretty much made of paper, you can hear everything from rooms away. Missing a coffee machine. One of the beds was wobbly.

The hotel is in the center of everything from shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. I would recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again. I want to thank all the cleaning staff Rm103 was immaculate every day.

I arrived early in the morning and was given a room right away and on the top floor with an excellent view of the city and volcanos!!! Room and bathroom were spacious with the bare necessities. A microwave and/or mini fridge would have been great but you usually don’t get those in hotels in Mexico. It can be a little noisy considering the area but nothing that a pair of earplugs can fix

My husband got sick on second night in the hotel. Room was cold and was informed that room has no aircon nor heat. Requested portable heater instead they do not have it, asked for extra blanket instead. Air is so bad in the room that I got sick too. Stayed four days in the hotel…was not able to enjoy our visit to Mexico. Dec. 6 afternoon shift asked front desk female employee if the hotel is retaining a doctor, she gave me two numbers I tried calling several times but no answer. Later that evening my husband’s condition got worst went back to from desk, asked how to call for ambulance. Itza who was on duty that night said she can call the doctor of which she did. The doctor came after an hour. We are very grateful to Itza coz’ she took the intiative in calling the doctor unlike the afternoon front desk female clerk. If only that other employee called the doctor my husband’s condition would not have worsen and I would have not gotten sick too!! I would like to commend on Itza’s actions in taking that extra step and went beyond her duties and responsilibites to make the call. I hope this will show in her job evaluation and that be acknowledge by management. Thank you.
