Bed bugs bed bugs, what ya gonna do?
Do not stay here unless you want to be covered in bed bug bites. Bathroom was filthy and the hotel walls and windows are not insulated so you will hear everything from outside. Room service was a hit or a miss, always had forgotten something from my order, example napkins, utensils, or the correct drink I had wanted. Will never stay here again. Good luck if you still decide to stay here.

The hotel is ideally located for holiday activities. A lot of great restaurants nearby. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. However, the room amenities could be better maintained, as the flooring is uneven. Additionally, the bathroom could benefit from an update to enhance the overall guest experience.

I was there for one short night, before catching an early flight. It was perfect. I arrived late. Staff very friendly and professional, and my room was excellent. Quiet, even though festivities in El Centro/zocalo were going until well after midnight.

It was a pretty rough trip for us coming into to Mexico City. The difficulty with trying to enter our room made this experience that much more difficult especially with the card key failing to work twice. That being said, food was great and the beds as usual were very comfortable.

A disappointing return!
Have stayed here before and loved it but this time not so much. Our pre-booked ‘junior suite’ was not as expected or shown in the website photo. It was just two bedrooms with huge beds. We expected one bedroom with a small seating area to relax. All we had were 2 plastic chairs. And the coffee/coffee makers in the rooms areterrible!

The service received was of high quality, and all employees were friendly and ready to help. The restaurant was a great experience, with great service and a great offer of food. One thing that could be improved is the checkout process, we waited for a long time, it was only one person at the front desk, and the line grew after a few minutes.
