The hotel is very good overall, good size rooms, facilities, and cozy. Close to Plaza Orient and Soriana. I had an incident with the hotel prior to my arrival however the hotel turned it around by upgrading me to a better room, paying for my uber and fixing me up a lunch pack next day- Happy days! Serg

The hotel is quiet, and the staff is great. Rooms could use a remodeling, change the dirty carpet. It says it is an airport hotel, but it is not super close to the airport. On a weekday we spent 30 min from the airport to the hotel.

The staff is great, good meal options at the restaurant, convenient location for my trip. Unfortunately there is a party room inside the hotel and a nightclub across the street and weekend nights are VERY noisy well into the wee hours. Couldn’t sleep at all on Friday and Saturday night

El staff súper atento y amable en todo momento, muy conveniente si vas a algún evento/concierto en los recintos cercanos. Pedí desayuno a la habitación, muy rico… instalaciones ejecutivas, muy buenas. Es mi 2 vez hospedandome en este hotel
