I have stayed in this property several times even after it made me very disappointed every time. Why? 1, There was no air conditioner in the room, no ventilation window in most rooms which made the my stay very hot and muggy. 2, They don't have maintenance in the property to fix any request, you have to talk to the security of the building (not the Kukun Service team) in the lobby (the securities don't speak English), and the property management person just communicate through WhatsApp. In most cases, they agreed everything, but they never made it and never showed up. 3, The worst part was, these were not just one single cases, I stayed there 3 times, it happened 3times, they very latest time when I stayed there, theere was terrible smell in the room, the room was not even cleaned when I checked in, completely messed up (see the photo). I complained and wait 2 hours while they were cleaning up. The manager agreed (through WhatsApp) to refund some portion of my rental as compensation. Then it just never happened and they just never replied me after that. Every experience like this in the stay just made me feel they are so indifferent to the guest, they don't really care what you feel, it doesn't matter to them at all! All in one, very terrible management.
