Take your business elsewhere. I made my booking two weeks prior. when I got to the hotel, they tell me it was overbooked and just like that I was on the street. Niether the hotel nor expedia assumed any responsability. I have no words to describe how we feel. Our limited vacation got even shorter after these people decided to overbook the hotel without letting those affected know on time to plan accordingly. I wont ever use or recommend expedia nor this hotel.

Arriving at the property, my room was dirty, there were no towels or toilet paper, I had to go down to ask for it in the lobby, the guys at reception were very attentive, very cordial, especially the gentleman, I don't remember his name but he is a very attentive and nice guy, the maids saw us and did not come to clean the rooms, the place is very nice but the maids are very unprofessional

CUIDADO CON ESTE HOTEL!!! No respetan las reservaciones , el dia que iba ha er check in me ma daron WhatsApp para decirme que no me iban a recibir cuando yo ya tenia mis planes y mi itinerario. No es una propiedad de confiaza no lo recomiendo. Cuidado deberian de meterles sanciopor hacer esos malos movimietos.

Es un lugar muy bello: limpio, ordenado y bien ubicado. El ambiente es muy cómodo, se descansa muy bien. El personal de servicio está siempre atento. Las instalaciones son perfectas. Muchos atractivos de la Ciudad quedan muy cerca (una breve caminata basta). Muy recomendable.

Terrible el servicio, no es lo que anuncian, la cama no es la que uno pide, la cama estaba sin hacer y no había ropa de cama para hacerla. No tiene estacionamiento, hay que pagar parquímetros. Para tomar decisiones, el lobby debe comunicarse por WhatsApp por lo que todo es lento. De nada sirve que se vea bonito, si carece de servicios.

Es un lugar muy bonito, está ubicado en una zona tranquila y bonita. Las únicas observaciones que haría es que en la parte de la regadera pudieran colocar una repisa para poder poner las cosas de aseo personal, y en la habitación un porta maletas para que sea más cómoda la estancia.
