The first two nights were a little rough to sleep. They room didn’t have a/c nor windows that could be open. They don’t have any additional floor fans to borrow. The last nigh was so much better due to the fact that it rained which made the weather temps dropped. It was a nice room and the staff was great. I would stay here again, but only because f there is ac in the room.

The bed was not comfortable, it was very stiff. The was no wash towels to bath with. Also, I may have missed it but the room did not have air conditioning. It had a loud fan that hardly blew any air.

El cuarto huele a humedad, cuando llegue me dieron un cuarto que da a la calle y el ruido no deja dormir. Muy amablemente me cambiaron a otro cuarto pero el cuarto olía muy mal, creo q era humedad.

Sheets, floors, and TOILETS were very dirty in our freshly assigned rooms. Really gave me and my family (5 rooms reserved total) the ick. Even their lobby bathroom was a disgusting mess throughout the entire days. Cleanliness is certainly not a focus. I didn't eat their complimentary food because if they don't prioritize a clean space, I cannot trust their food preparation.

My family booked a total of 5 rooms here and all were lacking in cleanliness. Upon entering our rooms for the first time the toilets were DIRTY, the sheets full of hair, and the floors with lots of gunk. I really do not think these things were cleaned. All of our 5 rooms and 11 guests were disappointed and grossed out.

This area was perfect for me and a friend during our first trip to CDMX. The hotel is so pretty and matches the Roma Norte area. The room itself was small but perfect for two people. No AC but it did have a fan and windows that open. I brought a white noise machine to drown out the noise from other guests and the street. The breakfast was delicious and free so you can’t beat that. I would definitely stay here again.

The vibe and decor was just captivating. The staff were super friendly. The only knock I have is some signs of mold in the shower and the shower door did not close completely. The room was sparse but comfortable and had everything I needed. Note: No A/C but it does have a fan which was fine. I would leave a window open during the day for ventilation. The included breakfast was great.

Great staff! They were super helpful always! The room was comfortable, could be a bit hot towards the end of the day, only had a fan to cool off. I would just open the door for a few minutes and it was fine.

On the positive note, it is a fairly mice hotel in excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. On the down side, maintenance could have been better. My room had some unpleasant whiff (mould? drainage?). There are no real windows, only glass door to the patio, which can get very noise on weekend nights as people are back from their outings.

I don't know if it was an original building just improved, but it looked and felt inviting to me..... I loved where we ate breakfast......nature was there to greet me each morning with sunshine, trees, & birds!!! The food was very good along with the good morning cup of coffee. There was nothing I didn't like!
