The hotel staff was friendly and helpful and the property is located in a prime location, within close proximity to the huge Chapultepec complex and plenty of transportation options. The property is nicely decorated, but the room itself felt a bit outdated and there were a few issues with the room we stayed in. The hotel offered us a bowl of delicious fruits for the inconvenience, but it was really not what we expected from a 4/5-star rated hotel.

Check in was easy. The hotel location is literally in the center of it all for the price point it is a great option. The Four Seasons is across the street the Ritz Carlton next to it and the Saint Regis on the other side.
