#1 in the Reforma
I always stay here while visiting Mexico City but I dont always leave a review. I would lile to gove a shout out to 2 of the crew at the Marriott Reforma. 1st Valeria Cruz from Maintenance for ensuring the AC was blowing ice cold air and 2nd Enrique from the bar who always greeted me with a smile, was super attentive, a kept the drinks flowing and my glass topped off.

The property is well located. But, we had some issues that were (somewhat) resolved 1. Coffee supplied was only one regular for a double occupancy room. They fixed it but only after a while 2. Phone was not working. They fixed it and apologized 3. Weighing machine in room was not working.
