The Mondrian was cozy! It lacked typical amenities like spa/pool/microwaves in room but the rooms were sized well, beds are comfy. The staff is amazing. Very approachable, kind and helpful. The hotel is walkable to local coffee shops!

The entire staff was warm and welcoming but in particular front desk serviceman Carlos and bellman Adrian were absolutely amazing. They were kind, funny, and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a nice stay in Condesa. The breakfast was fantastic and the Flower Shop was perfect for late night chocolate croissants. The terrace and city view were out of the world. I will be back to this wonderful hotel…hopefully very soon!

5 star is over rated for this property, I rate this hotel as 3.5 star. cleaner comes after 4:00pm when we come from where ever we were to relax. They don't even check for wash cloth, bathroom paper, there was i believe a water leak on the corridor smells bad when you come out of the elevators. Need a good management.

The restaurant service is very slow. I upgraded my room to a bigger/terrace room and they did not fill up the shower gel bottle in the shower during my whole stay. They did also not replace the sugar and cream for the coffee machine. The front desk needs to be more familiar with the surrounding area when you ask a simple question.

Pretty hotel. Rooms are tiny and mine was laid out strangely. No door on bathroom. Closet inside bathroom. Housekeeping was hit or miss and left long hairs around the room. Everyone was very friendly though and the location is great. The lobby smells really nice. Breakfast was solid.
