My room was never cleaned, we requested clean towels and it took 5 hours to get the. The food used to be the best now it has no flavor it’s cold. I don’t know why they changed the way they cooked but I’ll never stay there again

This was one of my favorite hotels. Beautiful & modern rooms, great location, friendly staff and delicious food. It’s conveniently located, you can walk to most points of interest. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. And I would definitely stay here again!

The property is close to El Zocalo. Check in was quick and easy. The hotel staff were all very nice and ready to offer recommendations. They offered a delicious appetizer station and drinks one evening. There are also multiple restaurants near by and a convenience store for last minute hygiene needs. It’s honestly a great property that is near landmarks and shopping options. We will definitely be back!
