The location of this property is great. Easy walkability to sites and access to rides. Love that it’s right by the Angel of Independence. The lobby is nice and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Oscar at concierge was very knowledgeable and gave tons of advice and recommendations. The only negatives were the room and breakfast. The room definitely needs updating. There were old fixtures in the bathrooms, curtains that were falling off the track, scuffs on the furniture, etc. Also, I do not recommend paying for the buffet breakfast unless it’s included. It was not worth the price we paid. All in all, it was a decent stay.

Large hotel on Reforma right next to the US embassy, Angel of Independence statue and the Sofitel hotel. We were on the 19th floor on Tower 1 with access to the lounge on top. Views from our room were very good. We went up to the lounge for breakfast. The neighborhood is very safe and walkable. We walked to Chapultepec Park, Condessa and Roma Norte. Easy to get an Uber. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Stayed during Dia De Los muertos celebrations. It was a good location for that, alot of people so it felt safe. The rooms were okay, a bit dated. Bar service was good, as well as night time mariachis. Only downside was that their iron burned through one of my shirts.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are exactly what you spect when you get a bargain; no big frills or thrills. However, the quality of the towels could improve. My wife and both felt they were super rough. However I would stay there again and I would recommend it
