Easy check-in staff was very nice And helpful. Bed was comfortable. my room was clean. If you have a room by the street, it can be a little noisy, but the noise doesn’t bother me so it was not a problem. The food has been better in the past had basically the same thing on the menu for the three days I was there, but overall, I enjoyed my stay and will continue to stay there again

The property was very clean. The staff friendly but I had a couple of issues with kitchen staff The breakfast was supposed to be until 9. At 8:30 am or before many food was unavailable. The staff was not friendly when I asked for something that must be available until at 9 am. That was 2 times. Also I ordered a meat with fries for lunch and the food was cold and very poor quality.

It said English speaking staff but that was very limited to one person. We were ignored a few times. Gym needs to be better as not much in there. Breakfast was good and beds comfortable.

Habitación bien, desayuno tercermundista.
La habitación fue buena, pero el resto de los servicios son como si estuvieras en una torre de departamentos, la atención fue buena del personal capacitado para ello, sin embargo, personal itinerante como personal de limpieza, demuestra que no cuenta con la capacitación para dar servicios hoteleros, me sentí como en un mercado en el desayuno.

1.- A very noise place. At night, I listened the conversation my neighbor had with his partner at phone. 2.- Shower was nasty. The water always stayed at shower like it was a tube. 3.- Air conditioner was not working well. At morning I had to sit outside my room, since was so hot. I asked to verify but trouble persisted. I preferred to make an early check out instead to stay in that place.
