I will admit the area is not very practically in the sense of tourist attractions like main museums, cocktail bars, restaurants, soccer games. But it’s well worth it for the vibes, friendly people, cheap street food . There’s a few attractions nearby that are pretty cool as well.
The staff and volunteers are amazing. Very friendly, social and always want to do things. There are free and paid activities and tours every day. The beds are comfy and the rooms are fairly quiet given it being a social hostel but quiet hours begin at 11pm so no need to worry about late night partying, people usually go out afterwards.
