Beautiful property at a great location. We were there for Christmas and right across the zocala square was wonderful. Breakfast was average. The rooms are not well insulated and we could hear everything that was going on in the hallways. Otherwise a pleasant stay !

A very pleasant stay in a wonderfully appointed hotel. The rooms were clean, modern and had a great view. The breakfast is definitely a plus, kudos to the pastry chef I love the pastries. Dinner at the restaurant is also equally great. The location is ultra convenient, except for the fact that it is so central the traffic is intense going in and out of the area. But if you want to walk around everything is within a few minutes walk

We throughly enjoyed our stayed. The location couldn’t be better. a few steps from el Zocalo, closed to restaurants and shops. Antonio and the front desk staff were always extremely courteous and willing to guide us. The only thing that needs improvement/training would be the staff at the coffee/snack bar, the staff are not very attentive, they would be talking among themselves while guest would be waiting to be acknowledged but other than that we had an amazing stay. We will definitely be staying there on our next visit to Mexico City.

This hotel is steps from the historical center of Mexico City. The staff was extraordinarily accommodating. Rooftop restaurant and lobby cafe excellent. Planning our next trip and will definitely return to this hotel.

I liked that every one was very kind and accommodating and helpful. I didn’t like that the driver the hotel sent to pick us up from the airport left us about 6 blocks away from the hotel and we had to walk with all our luggage in a very high traffic area.

Best view in the city!! The rooftop restaurant is so beautiful and the staff was soo helpful and kind especially during check in! Giving us shots while we waited to be checked in! The breakfast buffet was nice the views even better. The VIP amenities was nice like free drinks and beer and food at their small cafe, however the food there was subpar and I would recommend going out and finding food outside if you have the funds or eating at their restaurant. It was Christmas time so very busy area similar to Manhattan, NYC but busier! The city was light up and beautiful at night. A great bar a few blocks from the hotel and lots of shopping options. Great stay and a great hotel!

Honestly I had higher expectations for this hotel but it fell short in a lot of ways. First the positives. The hotel is very nice inside and the staff is friendly. The cost was also very reasonable especially since it included breakfast and free drinks and snacks. The breakfast itself was spectacular and the best part of the hotel. Now for the negatives. Our room was not clean (masks and someone's medicine inside drawers, trash inside trash cans and dust on the floor). It also lacked some basics like hand towels and soap. The standard room is tiny and there is barely any room around the bed. The bathroom is also very small and the shower pressure is way too strong. One of the days they forgot to clean our room. On the night of our check ins we were promised an upgrade the next day and told to not unpack as we will be moved. Well that was later taken back by the manager who said they couldn't accommodate us. Lastly and most importantly this area of Mexico City is way too crowded and it takes 45 minutes to get out of here by Uber and get to Roma or Polanco. It's actually faster to just walk towards your destination and take an Uber when you leave the historic area. A lot of demonstrations take place here so be prepared to hear some noise.

The hotel was excellent for us.... close to all we wanted to do and the staff was so helpful with our needs and information on local activities and places to see and eat. The roof top restaurant , not part of the hotel. Many of the staff were very courteous and pleasant One man in particular however was exceedingly rude. My wife asked for a bottle of red wine. He brought a bottle which was almost empty and had been opened the day before and the wine was off. We asked for a fresh bottle to be opened and he was obviously put off by his actions and then he poured only enough to barley cover the bottom of the glass. and then proceeded to attempt to rush us out of the room.
