Personal not friendly. Rooms facing the Zocalo extremely loud, couldn't sleep. The staff didn't bother explaining the amenities of the hotel. Information provided on the tv is not updated. Couldn't call from room to room.

My wife and I stoped by for a weekend and I honestly cant say enough of how good this hotel was to us. The staff is great! From the guys waiting for you at the entrance getting your suitcases to cleaning staff and lobby staff and the waiters in the restaurant! Great overall experience. It is located in such a safe environment in the city and we felt so part of the culture here and we would definitely recommend to anyone and we will definitely be back. We felt safe and comfortable here.

We had to leave very, very early in the morning. They had our large suitcase already to go and our driver was waiting. Everything went smooth! Also the coffee we were able to get before we left was delicious.

Second time in two years I stay at Zocalo Central, will keep staying here every time I visit CDMX Best location, super clean and quiet, all City main historical places are at walking distance. Food is delicious and it’s view to the Zocalo and surrounding historical buildings is the best Staff is extremely profesional, courteous and helpful, they really make you fell like “at home” Bell Boys Raul and Jose Luis are simple THE BEST AND EXCELLENT ASSET TO THE COMPANY 5 STARS TO THEM!!!
