The home consist of 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 baths, fully equipped kitchen, dining areas, living room and family/entertainment areas. Free Parking in the front driveway. This home is perfect for your family to enjoy!

The Space:
Clean, brand new, and super loaded with amenities that you'll need and more!
There is a small studio on the side of the home that will also host world travelers like yourself.. (IMPORTANT)

Very stylish interior and elegant appliances to give you that 5 star experience!
There's a private pool with chairs and a bbq grill to enjoy and a pool table that transforms to a pingpong table to keep you entertained during the whole stay!

Guest Access:
You will have the entire house for yourself. Private entrance and private patio. (We have a small unit attached to the home hosting other world travelers. Guest have their own private entrance and no part of the home is shared.)

The Neighborhood:
Little Gables is at the center of it all, it is a 10 minute drive from anywhere in Miami, with access to public transportation and plenty of Ubers and to top it all off, easy and free street parking.

Several blocks East and you will reach 8th street (Calle Ocho), there you will find local restaurants, bars and cabarets, a gorgeous Art Deco movie theater showing foreign and independent films, souvenir shops, fruit stands, art galleries and several live music venues including the historic Ball and Chain. Marlins Park is a $5 Uber Ride Away and I highly recommend catching a game if you have the time, it is a great experience.

If you head South to Coconut Grove you have: great restaurants, local bars and shops, paddle-boarding, kayaking, biking, Viscaya or The Barnacle.

If you head East you can go to Miracle Mile for some shopping and dining or hang with the local crowd at a happy hour at Tarpon Bend, Hillstone or Bulla. You can also go to Venetian Pools or grab brunch at the Biltmore.

The free trolley or the metro bus takes you to Brickell or Downtown Miami, where you will find lounges, restaurants, museums, Bayside, Miami Airlines Arena, Opera House and lots more.

Getting Around:
This location is Very Walkable so most errands can be accomplished on foot.

This location is in the Alameda / West Flagler neighborhood in Miami. Nearby parks include Kinloch Park, Graceland Heights Park (historical) and Grapeland Heights Park.

To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we are managing self-check-in and check-out with an smart lock key to keep social distance.

To help you maintain a higher standard of cleanliness and hygiene, you will have at your disposal:
• Hand soap
• Paper towels
• Tissues
• Toilet Paper
• Disinfecting cleaning suppliers

After each booking, we are implementing a deep sanitizing in order to ensure a healthy environment, meaning, in addition to the standard cleaning:
• Towels and sheets are washing in sanitized mode.
• All hard surfaces and frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) are cleaned with alcohol 70%

Security Cameras:
There are cameras in the perimeter for your safety but rest assured that it's not recording private spaces.
