The property outside and the lobby look good, checking was easy and friendly. But there was only one elevator and that one sounded like going out any moment. The rooms are in terrible conditions, flickering lights, no power on outlets when you switched of the light. there is no maintenance at all in the floors and rooms.

Pickup took a while; front desk very friendly; rooms clean. But the best part was a local supermarket that had ethnic products and food that you can take back to the hotel to enjoy the delicious cruisine.

Only one elevator, is working, the wait can be longer thst 10 min during morning hours. We showered for 2 days with cold water, it doesn't matter the time of the day, the waters was cold. We reported but was never resolved. The staff is very friendly and professional, but the hotel is getting rundown.

I’ve stayed there before, and I found it to be a comfortable and clean option. It is very well placed, and central in Miami. Checking was a bit slow, and it was late, too. I also had to go to the bathroom too. Once the lady got to may place, check in was quick. Once in the room, it was a breeze and I took care things in the bathroom. One thing though, the bathtub floor was very slippery, and I just about fell. No injuries, but well placed hand bars and anti slip surface in the tub would help a lot. Other than that, the room was ok and comfortable. The location cannot be beat.

A menudo uso este hotel y me ha resultado bueno. Pero en esta última visita la habitación no estaba del todo limpia, el agua caliente faltó y el elevador nos dejó encerrados por unos 5 a 6 minutos, marcamos por ayuda y nunca llegó, con trabajo pudimos abrir la puerta y salir ( solo estaba funcionando un elevador). Muy mala experiencia.

Everything was good about the hotel. I was greated by 2 great staff and checkin was seamless. Couple of improvements they could make are the carpet on the floor and one elevator wasnt working, needs an upgrade. Another item to upgrade would be to have usb outlet in the lamps. These are just upgrades and were non issue for me. To wrap up, The staff were great, parking was no issue and hotel is conveniently located near the highway. Room and bed was very clean as well. Overall it was a pleasent experience.
