Bar pool closed entire time, both hot tubs outside broken, waterfall feature outside broken. One night housekeeper forgot to leave up towels and morning coffee. Oh, our 3 cable TV set didn’t work. Elevator was broken. For $1,000/night I wouldn’t even rate this a 4 star hotel.

The staff are just the most amazing friendly people. Every one greeted, smiled , chatted. And when you saw the same ones regularly it was like being greeted by friends. The rooms are well equipped and the property well maintained and clean. My 4th visit here and doesnt disapoint.
