Hotel is in need of a major upgrade. Elevator and Hot tub problems throughout my stay. Comforter had holes and blood stains. I travel to Sunny Isles frequently and will not return here.

They need to do something about their slow @$$ elevators. Our stay uncluded free beach chairs but nit the umbrella between them? That's just too cheap considering the price.

Im disappointed there was no free breakfast, even an umbrella on the beach was at a charge. You can order food but the dining area is closed. For a Hilton Hotel it was overpriced.

This hotel could be much better w/a little effort.
Cell reception very difficult. Cafe service abysmal this morning before checkout delaying our departure. Room service had some good dishes, some absolutely awful (oatmeal, avocado toast among the worst I've ever had). Elevator service was terrible. Odd noises throughout the night from doors that wouldn't shut properly, loud and odd noises from the toilets. I wouldn't call the hotel dirty but it wasn't exactly clean. On the plus side, valet was great, beach was very nice and service there was adequate. I feel like with a little extra effort the hotel could be much better.

The room was great, we had a nice large bathroom, though the jetted tub was a bit loud, it was still a nice sized bathroom. The living room was great and had a nice big mirror and view of ocean. The balcony was relaxing and a beautiful view of the ocean and city.

Good: The view of the ocean was great! Bad: We could hear the street all night even though the door was shut and blinds were drawn. There is no Spa even though its in the name. I was told 3 different "Resort Fees" which of course kept getting higher. Parking is extra, but the parking was not listed on the website. An extra $80 per night between the Resort Fee and mandatory Parking Fee. Then taxes on those fees too. Also, seemed we were an inconvenience to get cookies from the lobby, even though the Resort Fee description says that this is what part of the fee covers, "daily cookie". Honestly, not a bad hotel, but for the end price, I expected a lot more! Room was quoted at $199/night but after all the fees and taxes ended up around $325-350/night. This was also booked through Expedia. Gonna check out another resort for next year's vacation.
