The hotel is good, valet was quick, and lobby is warm and welcoming. My room was smaller than i expected and there was no door to the bedroom! Room was clean and modern but sofa was uncomfortable. There was a construction site right outside of my balcony and you could hear it inside the room. Also no vending machines or market inside the hotel, slight inconvenience. Overall the hotel is good, it’s new and clean and staff are great.

Good hotel with a few teething issues
Hotel is fairly new. The apartment we stayed in had never had guests staying from what the staff told us. A few teething issues like no safe in the room which took quite a few conversations to get sorted but did get resolved in the end with breakfast covered for the inconvenience. Breakfast was delicious with continental options laid out and an a la carte menu. Unfortunately, it was quite windy when we stayed so although the pool was heated it was too windy to sit by the pool but this is no fault of the hotel. We were upgraded to a spacious apartment with a separate living space and kitchen which was really nice. The hotel doesn't offer room service but you can order food at the restaurant and collect which was good and we ordered food in one evening although didn't realise that the order would be left on a table near reception which was a little annoying. Overall the hotel is very good and we would stay again if in Miami.

We arrived at check in time 4pm and were met with long lines and confusion by staff. It was taking upwards of half hour to check in as all the rooms were somehow over booked. That being said we were here before a cruise and did not realize the Latin Grammys were being held that night right across the street so I don’t think it will typically be this way. After we waited for a room assignment we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suit facing the port which was nice of them to help rectify the problem: the room was beautiful and bed was very comfortable. The location is right across from the port area where there’s shops and the hardrock ect so there was plenty to walk to. I feel like this hotel is a great just know they can be a bit slow during check in and the elevators take forever as well during peak time. We would probably stay again.

My newly wedded wife and I were upgraded to this 2bd unit which was beautiful except the bathroom which was outdated and dangerous. I sat on the bench in the shower and it fell off the wall and I hurt my hip and head.

For a new property, it seemed to look old and worn. Expedia says all charges and fee included in prepayment; but, they still charge you $35 per night residence fee. I don’t know why because I did not use any other amenities. Also the breakfast food was very bad.

Stay was a great value. Room was clean and cleaning staff are on point! Check in is slow as snail and elevators were in repair. View from the room is great. Pool amazingly warm. Also my friend was gifted a wine bottle but no bottle opener. And the hotel had no bottle opener for two days. Eventually we just bought one and left it behind so I hope they kept it to use. You’re welcome.

Stayed 2 nights here with my wife to celebrate our anniversary & both of our birthdays. The staff is extremely kind and friendly. Check in was quick. I flew into Miami on the morning of check in and my wife arrived later that night and everything was set up with champagne. I asked for an upgrade and they were very accommodating and granted me an upgrade to a room with balcony. I would definitely stay here.

This is probably my 5th time staying at this hotel. When they first opened it was amazing. The service was exceptional and I feel they were willing to go the extra mile for their customers. This time i brought my family and the service was really bad. i booked a 3 bedroom residence suite and had my grandmother with me. They only had 2 bottles of water in the suite. it was 6 of us. I called down for more bottles of water and it took them 5 hours to bring it up. Some guys said they had to come and do work on the balcony mid you they didnt speak english and the managers did not call me back or say anything. It was just overall annoying. They were doing work on the building and i dont know if it was the sewer or what but it smelled horrible. My biggest pet peeve was that they brand themself as a luxury hotel but when i asked to extend my stay for 1 day i was told they are only accomodating walk in and reservations. It was really dumb. I will not be returning

The room they placed us in was extremely noisy. We could not sleep. It felt like a tornado right outside our door. I don’t know if it was the elevators but I did speak to the receptionist and they did not offer a solution.
