Check in time is 4pm, they want to charge you extra to have early access, didn't see the cleaning staff, the reception answered the phone once out of 6 attempts and the reception is understaffed meaning long queues. Would not recommend the hotel, it has potential to be nice but badly managed and the surrounding area is have abandoned / derelict and lots of building work going on.

The check-in was extremely slow. We waited for 30 minutes. Then my reservation could not be located and it was a stressful period thinking my reservation would not be honored. It was final found without a good explanation of why it could not initially be seen.

Arrived at 5:30 pm with my wife, 5 year old, 3 year old, and mom to check in. Was told they were fully booked and did not have the room we reserved. After 45 min they got us a room. They ended up comping breakfast. It was frustrating, but not awful.

The staff is incompetent in running this hotel. Everyone arriving to check in at 4pm had to wait until much later to get their room. I myself didn't get a room until 4:45pm, and the first room they gave me was already occupied. Also, you don't have a choice with parking. You have to pay for Valet

My recent stay at the Gale Miami Hotel and Residences was truly a delightful experience! From the moment I arrived, the kindness and professionalism of the staff stood out. They were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel itself is stunning—both inside and out. The aesthetic is modern yet warm, with beautiful décor that makes you feel at home while still enjoying a luxurious escape. The cleanliness was impeccable, and it’s evident that the team takes great pride in maintaining a high standard. One of my favorite aspects of the hotel was the view of downtown Miami, overlooking the Kaseya Center. It was the perfect backdrop to start and end each day. While I had an amazing stay, there were a couple of minor areas where the experience could be improved. The water pressure in the shower left a bit to be desired—it was quite difficult to wash my hair after a fun day at the pool. Additionally, the towels provided were a bit rough, which slightly detracted from the otherwise high-quality amenities. Despite these small issues, the overall experience at the Gale Miami Hotel and Residences was fantastic. The combination of excellent service, a beautiful setting, and convenient access to Miami’s vibrant downtown makes it a great choice for travelers. I look forward to returning on my next visit to Miami!

Do you like loud music through your window?
Do not recommend. CHECK-IN: took about 45 minutes. I have been to many hotels, and never realized until today that check-in could possibly take so long. The employees were friendly and professional, but the line was 20 customers deep, and hardly moving. Spinning computer screens, failing credit card machines, and managers standing around staring and holding clip boards taking notes instead of helping. SLEEP: was impossible since the hotel was blaring outdoor speakers from their (9th floor?) rooftop patio that isn’t even open yet. Zero customers on the patio, and loud, electronic island music started at 11:30 pm. I called the front desk to alert them; they said they would look into it. Music still blaring at 2:30 am, I can hear it through the closed balcony door: bass and bongos and techno. Again, no customers, this is a hotel patio that isn’t open. I went down to the front desk at 2:30 am and alerted the gentleman again, in person. He said he wasn’t aware there are outdoor speakers playing up the side of all the balconies, and would look into it. It is now 3:30 am as I lay awake to the continuing music. Ooof.
