we had no towels or wash clothes and the girl asked we come and get them i said my daughter was in shower and i am handicap and couldn’t do stairs again i asked if she could bring up and she said in 5 to 7 minutes 20 minutes went by my daughter waiting to come out of shower i called and she said she would bring up she brought 1 towel and 1 washcloth i asked for one for me as well. When leaving the front desk had out 5 employees not one said a word to us i didn’t feel very welcomed and wont be coming back even though i come to miami 4 times a yr

I stayed here for 1 night (luckily). The photos online are NOT indicative of the property. The lobby is clean and modern, and that's it. The entrance almost scared me away as it is quite rundown. Inside on the way to the rooms on the ground floor there is a ramp is made of plywood or some other thin wood that bounces as you walk up. The bathroom is so tiny that once seated on the toilet you cannot close the door. Our feet turned black from walking barefoot in our room. And one of the vents had sooo much paint over it , it was almost painted closed. I feel a motel 6 or something similar would have Better quality control.

Don’t stay here.
It was horrible. I was very upset. And the elevator was broken. We had to carry huge bags of the stairs. There was no assistance with our bags. The police look like an old brothel. Looks like bugs should be crawling on the wall. Kids were scared to sleep in bed.

Property shown on pictures and as described is not like it. Price was $120 per night, but this I would not call it a hotel-looks more like a motel should be around $60 tonight and I should be due a refund.
