Our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites was fantastic, thanks to Christian at the front desk. When our room wasn’t ready, he went above and beyond by upgrading us to a better room and offering drinks and snacks to make up for the inconvenience. His kindness and professionalism truly stood out! The upgraded room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location near Dolphin Mall was super convenient for shopping and dining. Thanks to Christian’s excellent service and the overall experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Great stay!
The location of this hotel is great, close drive to pretty much everything in Miami, malls, beach, airport. Our stay was great, room was clean and stocked with everything hotels usually offer. Also you can never go wrong with breakfast included. Also great touch to have hot coffee available all day in lobby !

Check in lady a little rough around the edges. She literally had her phone playing YouTube while checking us in. Volume on max. I could barely hear anything she said. Other than that, everything was ok.
