Hotel cómodo, nuevo, al frente del Dolphin mall
Es un hotel que me gusta mucho, es nuevo, tiene todas las comodidades al frente del Dolphin mall. Siempre que tengo que alojarme en Doral lo hago en este o en Homewoods que están lado a lado. Me gusta la limpieza, uno tiene todo lo que necesita. La atención de Jason en front desk muy atento y servicial y otro joven que siempre atienden muy bien. Me gusta que tenga de Shop para comprar algunos bocadillos y refrescos. La atención en front desk es buena y su cercanía al mall. Me siento cómoda y segura en ese hotel.

Staff were respectful and readily available to solve any issues. Although we had paid for our room prior to arrival we were assigned a different room. The night manager got it sorted. Breakfast was good.

Housekeeping was excellent however the front desk staff did not have good customer service and was not clear. I would not be going back to this hotel. The rooms have a lot of wear and tear it needs an upgrade. The carpets were smelly.

This property is close to the Dolphin Mall in Miami. I can say that the facilities of this hotel are quite good and at the same time clean. As for the room, it is spacious, nice ambiance and clean. I loved the pillows and the bed was comfortable. The room has a small microwave and a small refrigerator. What I liked about my stay at this hotel was that it was quite quiet. Another thing in favor of the hotel is that it has completely free parking space within its facilities. También son bilingues, se habla español. I can say that I would stay there again. Recommended.
