The only problem was that when we would turn the tv off and leave the tv remote on table stand about every fifteen minutes it would turn on by itself and so we would keep turning it off and it would do it again we were in room 503

While my experience had its ups and downs, there were some notable positives. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay, which made a great first impression. Their warm attitude truly stood out. The room was clean and well-maintained, although I did notice it wasn’t quite up to standard on the first day. Additionally, the room was uncomfortably cold upon arrival. Turning the thermostat up to the high 80s didn’t help, as it continued to blow cold air. This made settling in a bit challenging, especially after a day of travel. Another issue was the lack of WiFi on the first day, which was inconvenient since I needed it for work and communication. Thankfully, the issue was resolved after that. Overall, the hotel has potential, with its cleanliness (after day one) and excellent staff. However, resolving the initial hiccups would greatly improve the guest experience.
