We stayed here when we were evacuated from our home on the west coast of Florida during Hurricane Milton. We can't stay enough about the staff and the hotel. We felt safe and valued as guests. The hotel is immaculate and they were extremely kind to our dogs. We will be back -- this time to enjoy vacation!

Liked the new facility and the size of the room and shower. The staff understands the meaning of hospitality. I believe that everyone of them could teach a course in it. The service was wonderful and the staff outstanding. We were displaced during Hurricane Milton and found Loews. They are a truly pet-friendly hotel! The room was well appointed and nicely maintained. Valet parking was easy - just a text to them and the car is waiting for you. I will return when I can truly enjoy the luxury and not be worried about weather!
