Great house for our needs
Nine of us fit quite comfortably in this house. The pool and hot tub with all the foliage really make it feel like a getaway. Kitchen was a nice size. We made most of our meals and sometimes we would buy delicious meals from nearby restaurants. Property owners were very accessible, very friendly and helpful. We will stay here next time we are visiting family for the holidays.

The house was beautiful and clean with the exception of a few dirty dishes, a hair in my bed sheets, and one towel that smelled like mildew. The communication with the owner was quick and helpful. There were no check-in or out instructions so I wasn’t aware that I was going to meet with the owner in person for the house keys and instructions. Also, a written list of instructions for the pool and spa would be convirnient. Overall we had a great stay, loved the pool and spa, and the overall location sad just right for us!

This property is amazing!! Ketty was terrific! We loved the pool. It was warm and the water was soft. The lights in the spa and pool is what made them extraordinary. The outside space was really great and seatings were plentiful!! Our family loved the time spent there! I tell everyone who ask about my vacation to check out VRBO and this place. Daughter’s Graduation
The home was perfect for us. We came to attend our daughter’s graduation. We had comfortable rooms for family members to stay in. The backyard and pool were like an oasis, lots of room and comfortable chairs to relax and socialize. The pool was clean and well maintained and the lighting was very cool at night. The property was really great and the kitchen had many cooking supplies. Stove is a bit tricky to use as dials are rubbed off. Also no shelves in freezer. But all in all great property. Would definately stay again.

House is very nice and in a very nice neighborhood (the house across the street has a Lamborghini parked out front). The pool and hot tub area are beautiful with lots of nice outdoor furniture. We spent lots of time in the pool and hot tub and relaxing by the pool. Look lots of walks around the neighborhood and enjoyed the many local dining options. I recommend the fairly easy drive down to Biscayne National Park and the snorkeling and boat tours they have there.

Great stay in Miami with private pool & beautiful yard!
Loved our stay at this home. The yard is gorgeous. Private pool for swimming in the sunshine by day and great spa for relaxing after dinner. Large kitchen was great for making meals and family time. Close enough to the city that we could take a day trip to see the ocean while relaxing the rest of the time. Owner was responsive to any request or questions. Many thanks!

A good find if you don't need a beach
very comfortable place in need of some attention. One toilet wouldn't flush unless you removed the lid and tapped the float. You could pick up the safe and carry it anywhere---so, was it really "Safe"? needed to be anchored. One bedroom fan only had 2 of 3 blades so was unusable. The trim fell off the microwave 4 different times!! Startling!! The pool was a cool 74 degrees in late Jan. but you could heat it for only $150 per day so----party on! Very roomy and lots of comfortable places to relax. The neighborhood was well-kept and affluent-looking. Must do a lot of spraying because we saw NO bugs, birds, iguanas, etc. The spa is wonderful ( and you don't have to pay to heat it.) Ketty and Matthew (Hosts) were very attentive and nice. Kitchen was large and stocked with EVERYTHING you could need in duplicate!! We had fun cooking-in several nights.
